Of course, the think system. It works for music, why not fat reduction.

Faith-based weight loss systems have been around for about 20 years. Pray the weight away.

I don't think you're watching the clip!

I didn't watch the clip. But if it really is about "thinking away fat", I don't have to.

It won't work. Sorry.

I watched the clip -- famous chess players lose weight while playing. I figured it's cause they forgot to eat and because they're keyed up and nervous -- not necessarily 'cause they're thinking.

I would be nice if it worked for body-building.

I need to let my mind race more often, clearly.

Or lay off the ice cream.

Let's be clear. You can't lose that much fat even if you've run 100 miles. What may have occurred is simple dehydration. Water-loss is very common during stressful activities, and is the easiest way to temporarily lose weight.

I'd bet donuts to dollars that the weight was put right back on within 24 hours of the end of the tournament.

Oh, yes, I saw this clip.

It's kind of interesting: It's about the amount of weight that master chess players during a tournament.

Your brain cells need two times more energy than the other cells in your body.
