It must be a feast for the eyes after your forever winter

I got very worried when the blog disappeared the other day that you had decided to give it up. While I haven't been able to comment as much as I used to, I still read teh postes everyday and purchase all my amazon purchases through the blog. I was glad it was just Big Brother playing games.

I am glad you are back. I hope Blogger profusely apologized for their technical incompetence.

Great colors. Is that crab apple ? I haven't seen one since I was a kid. I made crab apple brandy one time as a teenager with the next door neighbor's crab apples.

They look like a pussy in full bloom.

And before anyone says anything I have seen many a pussy in my day.

Lovely.

Way back when ( 197?), Larry Flynt's publication ran an ad campaign with the message of "We show pink".
This was posted on billboards.
I thought my folks didn't get it.

Very nice, Madame. Glad you had some time to yourself.

When this is really over, you and Meade should hop in the old Audi and go somewhere for a few days and have some fun.

PS Thanks for letting us know the weather will be nice in a couple of days.

I was back home at my parents this past weekend, in warmer climes, and it was peak time for azaleas. Beautiful.

Was a little early for the Mountain Laurel though. Nothing finer than a trip on I-80 during Mtn Laurel season.

MadisonMan, are you from Rhode Island?

I love Rhode Island. Newport, Providence, Block Island.

The dogwoods are beautiful in this mountain area but not as spectacular in color as the crab apple.

Beautiful photograph ... top composition ... one of the very best so far from Althouse y Meade. Enlarge to "original" to see just how good it is ... then count the flowers in it.
